Muay Thai Kickboxing at Legacy Mixed Martial Arts

“Muay Thai” martial art was created by the Thai people. The word “Muay” (pronounced “moo-ai”) means boxing. In the ancient world, advanced weapons were not invented yet, people at war had only swords, staffs, and lances. The Thai have fought many marauders to protect their homes. The Krabi (swords)-Krabong (staffs) arts was specially taught to soldiers to be able to fight.

Muay Thai was taught together with Krabi-Krabong to soldiers for self-defense fight s without weapons. Muay Thai is the art of utilizing human’s toughest organics such as head, fists, elbows, knees and feet as weapons to hurt enemies. In the world of hand-to-hand combat Muay Thai is considered to be one of the most powerful forms of martial arts. Okay so no further.
